[roc-info] [roc-bod] Control flags

ROC members,

We have most of the club equipment in our garage at 360 Rockingham St.  
This includes flags, meet boxes, signs, string O , tents, e punch 
stands, plastic bags, drinking cups and plastic bags. AND all you need 
to resupply. ( Ravi keeps the actual epunch units and e punches)

The key to our garage is in a magnetic box under the bird feeder in the 
back yard.
There is a SIGN OUT BOARD.in the garage.  It is very important that you 
list what you are taking AND sign your name.  THEN cross off the 
equipment you took WHEN YOU RETURN IT.

Keeping track of club equipment is our goal!! But you must help us by 
returning equipment and making sure that the meet boxes are resupplied 
when you return them.  AND when you pick up meet boxes, make sure the 
supplies you need will be in the boxes.  WE WILL NOT BE IN ROCHESTER  
FROM JUNE TO SEPTEMBER!!! So meet directors and course setters  please  
do your best to keep the equipment organized and resupplied!!!!!!
    *PLACE THE KEY BACK UNDER THE BIRD FEEDER !!
 *I will leave an extra garage key with someone who will be around all 
summer

I have sorted out the flags so that there is a box of flags with letters 
on top, if epunching is not being used.  PLEASE ORGANIZE THE STICK ON 
NUMBERS AND PLACE THEM WHERE THEY CAN BE SEEN BY THE NEXT EVENT CREW

We will be checking our email while in Maine, so do not hesitate to 
contact us.  We do not check our home phone very much when away
