[roc-info] ROC Ski-O schedule change: 2-fer

ROC has changed the date of its second Ski-O so that two events will be
held the weekend of January 14-15.

On the 14th we will compete at Harriet Hollister.
On the 15th we will compete at Mendon Ponds as part of Winterfest.

The previously scheduled event for Feb 5th at Harriet Hollister will not be
held on that date.

Invite your friends to visit for the weekend and participate in both;-)
