[roc-info] Annual Meeting Potluck Notes

A couple of notes on the potluck for the annual meeting this Sunday December
4. Potluck starts at 1PM with that flowing into the annual meeting. The
orienteering event is at 2:30. Bring what you feel you want to see there. If
you are worried about there not being enough main dishes, bring a main dish.
Desserts? Bring a dessert. I'm bringing a lot of roasted veggies and a
lentil dish of some kind because that's what I most want to see there.

 

Carmen Clark Lodge at Brighton Town Park has a really nice lodge (from what
I see on the site) with a full stove/oven, microwave, refrig, and sink. I'll
have the oven on 200F when everyone arrives.

 

The club will have disposable utensils, plates and cups but try to bring
your own non-disposables so we keep the landfill impact at a minimum. And
you can bring a plate the size of what you want to pile!
