Steve,Because there is NO shelter from the cold- the logistics have to be planned, we could not be there as meet directors for many hours in the cold-BUT- we could bring the meet box, etc. and set up-- then we need someone to volunteer  to bring the meet box and ALL back to Rochester--So it must be  a front end and Back endendeavor  to make this event work-  
So, we are ready to be front end-- -- and I would bring simple refreshments, gladly.

We have a Ski-O planned for Harriet Hollister on Sunday Jan 21st.  The course setter is Stina B, and I'm hopeful we'll have some snow. 
The event is in need of a Meet Director and assorted people to help with logistics.  Please contact me if you can offer some assistance.
