[roc-info] course setter's workshop

Just a reminder that there is still room in the course setter's workshop
from 10-noon this coming Saturday, March 19th. If you have some experience
orienteering at Orange level or above and would like to learn more about
how to design courses this is a great opportunity. It will be a small group
setting at the home of Rick Worner and Linda Kohn. Learning to design
courses is a great way to improve your orienteering skill.
