[roc-info] Mapping Clinic

If you are interested in learning more about mapping i.e. field checking,
using ocad, etc.  If you're interested please go to the website to
register.  You will need to sign in to see the workshop window and
register.  So far, if you count me, there's 1 person registered.
If you are coming and have a pc you should bring it with you.  Write if you
have questions!
