ROC folks
Monroe County Winterfest is a week from today- Sunday January 12, 11 am til 3 pm at Hopkins Point Lodge
We use this opportunity to introduce Orienteering to newcomers to our sport. It is supposed to be an intro to Ski Orienteering,but the snow prediction is not  good, so Katie Dunn will set out a beginner course that can be done on foot
WE NEED HELP with greeting, registration and instruction. . This is a great opportunity to connect with newbies
This is a also a good opportunity to try the blue course from a previous meet. Linda has marked the controls with red squares, and the map is attached. It is convenient to the lodge. Please print out and bring your own copy if you want to try it.
There will be chili and brownies in the warm lodge.
