[roc-info] Work Roster for "A" meet

ROC Members and Friends,

Please find attached the latest 4/6 version of the work roster.   Thanks to 
all who have volunteered.
We are still in need of help in the following areas;

DAY CARE
ROAD CROSSINGS
ROAD SIGNS
FOOD SERVICE

On Tuesday, April 15 starting at 7PM we will be holding a work night at Carol 
Moran's house at 40 Erie Crescent, Fairport.   At that time we will need many 
helpers to;

Put registration packets together
Stuff, seal and check maps   (This job is HUGE !!!)
Organize flags, stands and e-punch boxes
Check meet supplies

Many pairs of hands and eyes make for an easy and fun night.   Linda's 
special carrot cake for all workers.
