[roc-info] ROC volunteer thank-you, and T-Shirt offer

Please see attached file, for a list of volunteers who helped make all 
of our meets in 2008 possible.

As explained in the attachment, anyone who volunteered at 5 or more 
meets is entitled to receive a 2009 ROC schedule T-shirt free of charge. 
Note that a response to Tom Cornell by Wednesday, March 4, is needed to 
reserve a free shirt.
