As many of you know, Nate Lyons is competing in the JWOC in Italy...as we speak he has just finished the sprint competition.?? You can follow the results live at?? http://live.jwoc2009.it? 

They are 6 hours ahead of us.? It's really cool that you can get the radio splits and the finish time almost immediately.? As you will see in the results, times are very close with many athletes posting the same time and only a few seconds making a big difference in placing.
