[roc-info] Annual General Meeting

All,

 

I noticed that no ROC members are participating in the PNWOF event, so
today I happened to check out the rules for doing a proxy.  We have to
have our President and Secretary or Treasurer sign our votes over to
another club, two weeks before the meeting, at the latest.

 

Does anyone have strong feelings about the USOF Board changes?  Details

If so, I can try to find a club that has similar opinions.  If not, I
will try to obtain a proxy club that is attending and that I respect
(e.g. I might check with Eric Bone of COC, first).

Is anyone planning to go to the AGM being held at the PNWOF this summer?
If not we need to assign our proxy votes to some other club who will be
