[roc-info] CNYO Adventure Sprint Orienteering 2010 addition

The fifth running of the CNYO "Adventure Sprint Orienteering" race date has 
 been set for Sat. Dec. 4.
As in past year's it will be based out of the pavillion at The Nordic  
Center XC ski area located at the Hope Lake Rec. area across from Greek  Peak 
and will have at least 4 legs involving different forms of orienteering,  
running & mt biking (or snowshoes if snow too deep again).
There will be some minor modifications/options this year (possibly more  
legs with additional navigation) and expanded awards, etc. (some  extra g
oodies from Hope Lake Lodge & Cascades Water Park) but the  overall format will 
be fun and fast.
More detailed info will be posted on the CNYO web site in the coming days  
but mark your calendars now for what has become a fun & exciting pre ski  
season challenge.
