Hi Orienteering Friends,
The National Team will be holding a Silent Auction to benefit the
University Team going to the World University Championships in July 2018.
The meet will be held in Kourtane, Finland.  This is an IOF partner event
with FISU.  More information about the event is available at

The Silent Auction needs your help to both donate "salable items" as well
as to make donations to the Team for the items that you will cherish!  In
the past, items such as event  entries (donated by host clubs), "O"
merchandise (both new and gently used), household items, home made jams and
baked goods, homemade crafts and needlework and a variety of items that
need a new home all make great donations!

The Auction will take place on line and at the US Champs 11/11-11/12 near
Washington DC.  Not going?  I can arrange to take anything to donate and
bring home anything that you have won the bid on.

If you can donate an item, please send a picture of the item to wornerkohn
at gmail dot com or bring it to the trail race this weekend.  I have posted

 You can participate in early bidding by sending me an email along with
your bid.  You do not have to be present to win!

Let's give the University Team a head start on finances!
