[roc-info] Volunteers for ROC Mendon Trail Run

The annual Trail Run is quickly approaching. It will be held Saturday Nov 4
this year. As many of you know, this is a 10k loop through Mendon Ponds
Park starting and ending at Stewart Lodge. Participants can run 10k, 20k,
30k or 50k by repeating the loop.

We need many volunteers that day to ensure a successful event. The 50k
runners start at 8am with the other distances starting at 9am so there are
tasks throughout the day. We need helpers for greeting, registration, aid
stations, road crossings, clean up and more!
