[roc-info] ROC Club Series standing after two meets

Attached is the series standings, with the results of last weekend's 
meet at Letchworth, and yesterday's meet at Webster.

Also attached, for reference, is an explanation of the club series (the 
age groups/course colors, the scoring used, etc.).

There have been two modifications to the scoring, agreed to by the board 
of directors:

1. For anyone who is a course setter at any meet (and thus can't compete 
in that meet):  the person gets "credit" for the meet they course-set 
for in the amount equal to the average of their other meets. (This was 
done because we were finding it very difficult to obtain course setters 
for the club series meets, presumably because many of the people who 
typically set courses were also interested in competing in the club 
series.) At present, there is only one other meet, so I gave the three 
people affected by this to date (myself and Rick and Dayle Lavine) the 
number of points that they earned in the meet they competed in, for the 
meet that they course-set for. As more meets are done, that number will 
be the average of the meets competed in. (Well, it actually is the 
average now, it's just that it's an average of only one other score.)

2. At the Letchworth meet, due to some confusion, several people were 
given the incorrect map (not the map for the course they intended to 
compete on, and which would have been the appropriate course for the 
club series). It was decided, in fairness, to handle this in a similar 
way as for someone who was a course setter -- they were given credit for 
the Letchworth meet equal to the average of their other meets they 
compete in.

Please let me know if any errors are seen. It's a somewhat manual way 
I'm using to keep track of the series standings, so errors are certainly 
possible to slip in.
