[roc-info] IMPORTANT: Date Correction for Annual Meeting

ROC Members,

 

There has been some confusion on the date of the annual meeting. The
reservation for the shelter at Brighton Town park has been confirmed to be
Sunday December 4th and NOT Saturday December 3rd. The schedule is planned
to be as follows:

 

Noon - 1:00PM: Board Meeting

1:00PM - 2:30PM: Potluck and Annual Meeting

2:30PM - 3:30PM: Event

3:30PM: Control Pickup
